Overall Responsibility:
This role is in the central marketing team. This team is responsible for demand generation, traffic, users & installs. It requires working on AIDA funnel and using all digital channels is the core job function. Primary impact of this role is to generate insights from data & help teams with course correction.
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility of the role is around data analytics and insights generation. This role's key function is within the team and will help the team course correct. Making sure the right data is getting captured, working on dashboards, daily reports (along with internal & external teams), helping in planning & measuring campaign performances are core responsibilities.
- This role will own all backward & forward looking reporting for key marketing KPIs.
- This role will have interactions with internal teams like revenue, BI, product & external partners like Google & Facebook.
- Interact directly with a diverse set of senior stakeholders in Marketing, Sales and Category management
- Own and manage all aspects of an analytics projects from problem definition to insight delivery, influencing marketing action
- Provide insights on Market, Consumer, and Competition and help improve efficacy of marketing programs
- Analyze a wide variety of data as required to solve a business problem - Media execution data, Internal transactional & click stream data and/or data from Google Analytics
- Analysis of daily marketing campaigns and reporting KPIs
- Dash boarding & report generation / MIS either on excel or Google Sheets
- Working along with core team on month & event based planning
- Analysis of event & brand marketing campaigns & reporting key insights, learnings & misses once campaigns are over
- Create data based recommendations for campaign managers to optimize campaigns
- Working with BI team for data collation & extraction of 1st party data
- Data & insights representation to stakeholders within & outside the team
- Competition analytics and tracking
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.tech or MBA from a premium college with min 5-7 years experience
- Comfortable with larger sets of data
- Advanced excel skills, SQL is nice to have but not a limitation
- Multitasking with efficiency
- Experience for building & maintain MIS dashboards
- Prior relevant experience at an agency / analytics firm / platform or brands is an advantage
- Understanding of digital functions is an advantage
