The Role:

The role involves building an inclusive work environment as key business driver where one will be a part of company's global I&D strategy. Their focus is on key areas of diversity including gender, PRIDE, Disability Inclusion, Cross Cultural Diversity, Faith and Generational Diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage data and metrics - Cull out relevant data from existing sources on the area of focus and interpret it to articulate the business strategy. Identify hotspots and cull out insights for leadership intervention

- Understanding the subject, our leadership vision and connect the dots to deliver what our people need

- Strategy to Operations - Be able to work on both the strategic approach and operationalize it with equanimity independently

- Communication - Effectively manage written and verbal communication on I&D with internal and external stakeholders

- Leverage tools and technologies with ease in connecting with and engaging our audience

- Connections - Build strong connections with country/MU/Services stakeholders

Skills Required:

- Data collation and analytical skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Adept at conceptualizing stories on Power point

- Program and Stakeholder management

- Understand and leverage data and metrics

- Operational excellence

- Analyze and solve poorly defined problems

- Establish personal credibility with customers/clients and others

- Maximize team's performance

- Anticipate and handle critical situations

Other Core Requirements

- Good understanding of HR processes

- Comfortable working in a Global team where most of the interaction is virtual

- Be able to flex on working hours as the need arises

- Good PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience in driving I&D agendas

- Bacherlor's Degree/Masters in any stream - HR/M+C/Technology etc
