Incharge - UPI Delivery - Online Payments Systems

Functional Skills :

- Should have a very good understanding of online payments systems. Should understand the terminology being used in the payments industry hence being deep tech and deep domain is the essential expectation.

Relevant and total years of Experience :

- Should have 10+ years of relevant experience in Design, Implementation and Support. Preferably Payments domain.

- Good understanding of Opensource technologies with hands-on experience of troubleshooting. Excellent exposure of ITSM processes and good understanding of Site Reliability Engineering.

- Good understanding of Vendor management, SLA management, Proven leadership and team building skills with excellent communication skill.

- Make extensive use of data and analytics.

- Provide in-depth specialized expertise on business, functional, and technical requirements.

- Liaise with the development team to plan new features and enhancements.

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies trend.

- Good understanding of audit and compliance. Good exposure on Kafka, Cassandra, Redis, KeyDB and other open source technologies.

- Extremely proactive in communication approach internal and external both.
