Senior Manager/Associate Director - Global B2B IT Business Marketing
The Business Marketing lead will working closely with BU sales, delivery and various marketing team members to develop and execute an integrated and scalable marketing program mix to drive demand and awareness for our solutions and service offerings among Fortune 1000 companies in the US market
Responsibilities/Skills :
- Define key buyer personas and market segments, accounting for how they buy and the customer lifecycle
- Develop vertical positioning, value proposition and key benefits that differentiate our solutions in the market
- Drive integrated marketing planning and GTM execution in close collaboration with sales, delivery and other marketing teams including Creative, Website, Content, PR and digital marketing
- Develop compelling sales enablement materials and nurture ongoing sales knowledge transfer across buying stages, including presentation pitches, case studies, guides, brochures, whitepapers, eBooks, blog posts, web content, videos, customer testimonials and more
- Own Account Based Marketing programs tailored to key accounts, driving account research and planning, messaging strategy, campaigns, and overall program execution
- Integrated Lead generation using various channels (webinars, website, event participation, digital campaigns, email etc.) This will involve lead qualification, content development and management, helping organize/front-end participation in international events among other things.
- Driving thought leadership activities for the vertical - newsletters, POVs/articles in key publications, speaking engagements in top industry forums
- Working with the analyst relations team to achieve better mindshare and ratings for the industry vertical by helping to oversee the participation in industry analyst and advisor benchmark reports
- Conduct market research and benchmarking, gain customer feedback and gather competitive insights
Qualifications / Experience
- Around 10-15 years of relevant work experience in industry vertical business marketing for US market, preferably in a leading global IT organization
- Demonstrated success in creating compelling messaging, positioning, market/competitive analysis, end to end GTM program execution within a matrixed organization
- Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with a strong ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits
- The ability to proactively collaborate with remote contributors and stakeholders efficiently and effectively
- Creative, resourceful, result-oriented and collaborative team player
- Highly organized with good follow through capabilities, ability to work independently and responsibly while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Extremely adaptable to change and ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Result oriented (will meet targets/key metrics for content, campaigns, leads)
- Able to work under high pressure and deliver against tight timelines
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Adept in digital marketing, marketing automation (like hubspot), ABM tools etc
Education - MBA in Marketing from a premier institute. Engineering degree in graduation.
