Job Description:


- We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and lead the recruitment process for our growing organization.

- As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.

- You will work closely with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to meet staffing needs, improve recruitment processes, and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Recruitment Strategy:

- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.

- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance, development, and motivation within the team.

- Provide guidance and training to recruitment team members on recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview best practices.

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from defining job roles with hiring managers to onboarding new hires.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions and person specifications.

- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions across the organization.

- Coordinate interview processes and manage relationships with candidates throughout their journey.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.

- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers promptly and professionally.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate source effectiveness, and quality of hire.

- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the hiring process and achieve staffing goals.

Diversity & Inclusion:

- Champion diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts, working to ensure diverse hiring practices and promote an inclusive workforce.

- Promote an inclusive hiring environment by implementing best practices and strategies that support diversity goals.

- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

- Proven experience in hiring across a variety of roles, particularly in fast-paced environments or industries with high-volume recruitment.
