Job Description:

- Senior Manager - Product and Business Marketing is a very critical leadership role that will design and manage go-to-market strategies focused on demand generation, develop product messaging, and drive market positioning for Incedo's products, industry verticals and horizontal service offerings.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of global B2B software products and services marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- The role will report to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the Head of Products, Product Management, Vertical and Horizontal Business Unit Heads, Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a marketing plan for the products, Industry verticals and service offerings you in conjunction with the respective business and marketing team, including key activities and budgets focused on products and service offerings awareness and demand generation for acquisition of new customers.

- Develop products, solutions and service offering positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas, working in collaboration with product management.

- Understand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.

- Drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on the same.

- Own market intelligence- be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.

- Planning and executing multi-channel programs and campaigns to drive leads.

- These programs will include ABM, email outreach, lead generation through physical and virtual events & webinars, search engine marketing, paid campaigns, inbound marketing and optimizing the use of our own website as a lead generation channel.

- Research and understand the competitive landscape- be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.

- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back on required changes.

- Develop sales enablement and marketing collaterals including product pitch deck, explainer videos, whitepapers, case studies, brochures, E-books, etc to support go to market activities.

Requirements:

- MBA from a good institute and 11 -16 years of global product marketing experience in B2B digital/enterprise software, SaaS product companies.

- US Market experience is highly preferred.

- Proven experience in successfully driving demand generation for B2B software products, vertical and horizontal service offerings resulting in leads, pipeline and new customer acquisition.

- Excellent communication and content skills - a solid writer, content creator and skilled in articulating complex concepts in a simplified way.

- Hands on with CRM, marketing automation, Email automation and digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, SEM Rush and Google Analytics.

- A doer, an ambitious and positive professional with strategic thinking.

- A curious, creative, data-driven, detail oriented individual with strong analytical capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously at speed.

- Ability to understand and learn the technical specificities of complex software products.

- Good ROI-tracking skills and are able to prove what is - or isn't- working.

- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
