Overview of the Role - B2B Digital Marketing Lead - Global IT Services

Location: India, Gurgaon

Job Description :

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and compelling campaigns to accelerate lead generation, drive traffic to our websites, increase sales pipeline, account based marketing and nurture our existing database of leads using email automation/marketing automation to drive demand and awareness for our solutions and service offerings among Fortune 1000 companies in the US market

Responsibilities/Skills:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, ABM, email, marketing automation, social media, search and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities

- Working with content and design team to create strong and compelling content that drives engagement and action in each stage of a customer's digital buying journey as well as prospective employees.

- Drive Account Based Marketing programs and campaigns along with business marketing team tailored to key accounts in US market

- Integrated Lead generation using various channels (webinars, website, events, digital campaigns, email etc.)

- Working on SEO, A/B testing, website landing pages optimization, CRO (Conversion rate optimization) to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness of digital marketing

- Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages

- Planning, controlling, and reporting the digital marketing budget and spends for different channels

- Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns (ROI and KPIs) to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating weekly/fortnightly reports on the digital marketing portfolio

- Regularly monitoring user analytics on website and digital channels and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement

Qualifications / Experience:

- Around 10-15 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing for B2B customers for US market, preferably in a leading global IT organization

- Deep understanding of B2B customer marketing best practices, and how to engage prospects and customers at multiple points through the customer journey, from awareness to retention and referrals.

- Digital marketing expertise, with demonstrated success creating and executing multichannel digital programs at scale for lead generation.

- Results-oriented and data-driven, with the analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes.

- Demonstrated experience designing, building and running a modern marketing technology stack, including but not limited to HubSpot, email automation, ABM tools and web analytics.

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments across website, email and digital Ad channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc)

- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, Webtrends etc)

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

- Highly organized with good follow through capabilities, ability to work independently and responsibly while managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Extremely adaptable to change and ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work under high pressure and deliver against tight timelines

- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Education MBA in Marketing from a premier institute. Preferably an Engineering degree in graduation.
