Position Overview:
As an HR and Admin Specialist at inai, you will play a vital role in managing the human resources and administrative functions of our organization. We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in HR and administration within the IT industry in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have exceptional English language skills and a strong background in HR policies and procedures, employee relations, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances promptly.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities. HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee records and contracts.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and office supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Training and Development:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and administration roles within the IT industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
