Job Overview: This position leads to Assisting and being a primary part of the Entire Marketing Department, shall be the second in line with the Marketing Head, he/she shall be responsible for both the Concept to strategy of the marketing Plans and flawlessly executing them. - Responsible to create in collaboration with the reporting manager a 360-marketing strategy for various Brands and Verticals. - Responsible to create 360-degree marketing campaigns for launch and sustenance campaigns. - Shall develop effective marketing communication plans. - Create innovative strategies towards organic reach and viewership (awareness, intention to watch) for shows and IP properties in the IN10 Media Networks portfolio. - Create strategies to evolve and utilize influencer marketing to leverage brands. - Flawless Execution of Digital and Marketing Strategies - Execute digital plans within budgets for both paid and un-paid campaigns. - Responsible to supervise and execute social media campaigns in accordance with the agreed calendar/schedules. - Strategize and execute the influencer marketing - Liase with Internal and external stakeholders To be able to succeed in this role, you must: 1.
