IN10 Media - Manager - Legal

1. Ensuring the due-diligence, drafting and negotiating all the critical deals entered by the company with complete accuracy and maximum legal compliance keeping in mind the best interest of the company.

2. Drafting and vetting the contracts for production-related deals/production agreements, cast and crew agreements, Gaming, distribution of the OTT App, etc. Driving contract life cycle from inception to execution.

3. Due diligence for critical deals.

4. Negotiating with third parties on behalf of the company for production-related deals.

5. Reviewing and vetting Gaming, Fintech, Information technology, App integration-related contracts.

6. keeping up with latest judgments and legislative changes

7. Experience in copyright and Media entertainment is a must
