Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join the team as an Instock Manager/Inventory Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Ecomm inventory /SCM operation maintains optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Your expertise in inventory management will be crucial in creating efficient processes that minimize stock-outs while keeping carrying costs in check.
As an Instock Manager/Inventory Manager, you will work closely with various teams, including purchasing, sales, and operations, to ensure accurate demand planning and forecasting. Your ability to analyze and interpret data will be essential in identifying trends, forecasting sales, and determining appropriate stock levels.
Additionally, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with suppliers and negotiating contracts to optimize purchase terms and minimize costs.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in inventory management, preferably in the retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skill:
- Inventory planning, forecasting and analysis based on previous buying trends and decisions regarding procurement, Inventory management in terms of inventory health check, demand and forecast, operational strategy, involving in the planning of sourcing and selection of inventory, managing overstock inventory, vendor performance improvement.
- Develop and implement inventory goals and strategies to meet customer demand
- Oversee the inventory replenishment process, including order placement and tracking
- Analyze sales and inventory data to generate accurate demand forecasts
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues
- Evaluate and optimize inventory control processes to minimize carrying costs
- Conduct periodic inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate product availability information is provided to customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the E- commerce industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
