Job Description:
As the Manager Sales at IHDP, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. You will play a crucial role in promoting IHDP's offerings and establishing strong partnerships with businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals in the home decoration and related industries. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify key market segments, potential clients, and strategic business opportunities for IHDP's offerings.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and enhance competitiveness.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Actively prospect and engage with potential clients to showcase IHDP's facilities, services, and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
- Understand clients' needs, requirements, and preferences to tailor customized solutions and proposals that meet their specific business goals.
3. Sales Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, contract drafting, and closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools effectively to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, and generate accurate sales reports and forecasts.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales representatives to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and client management abilities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
5. Networking and Industry Engagement:
- Represent IHDP at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and expand business networks.
- Establish partnerships and strategic alliances with industry associations, influencers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
