The company's are a part of a 500 cr+ group driven by a promoter who is a Harvard alum and has 25 years of experience in successfully running businesses.

Reporting to the ED India, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensures business decisions endure processes that drive robust financial challenge and accountability

- Developing forecasts for business accurately (and in detail) modeling core business drivers;

- Driving the annual planning sessions that include a strategic discussion of the results and immediate forecast, and the long-term road map for future years;

- Conducting periodic reviews of financial results, understanding key variances to plan, and orchestrating the path to corrective action with key stakeholders;

- Creating high quality management reporting to facilitate the communication of numbers and results including vendor scorecards, price trends and other metrics critical to keeping the business on track with planned results;

- Apart from the above: you will be responsible for managing the entire Accounts & Finance domain, wiz.- Corporate Accounting, Financial Planning, MIS, Audit, Taxation (Direct, Indirect, Transfer Pricing & International Tax), Treasury and Secretarial.

- Knowledge of Forex management.

- Knowledge of Company Law matters and legal matters, managing Board meeting, Shareholders meeting etc.

- Pro active tax management to take care of Excise Duty, Income Tax, Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax and other mandatory commercial tax issues.

- Account finalization, Liaising with Internal Auditors, Cost Auditor, Statutory Auditors etc.

- Investors relationship

General Accounting:

- Should be able to keep control over routine accounting work which includes maintenance of proper books of account, Vendors- payment, Control over Expenditure, Supervision of day to day Accounting activity, Compliance of Company procedures.

- Timely follow up of payments to be collected from customers & doing regular meeting with them

- Ensuring payment to vendors be made after fulfilling all the statutory and Internal Control requirements.

Financial Reporting & Audit:

- Independent Finalization of Financial Statements and getting the Annual Accounts audited.

Taxes:

- Should have adequate knowledge of Corporate Income Tax, Companies tax computation, Sales Tax/VAT, Service Tax, Import duties etc.

- Should be able to get various returns filed & assessments done.

MIS:

- This includes Budgeting, monthly Profitability determination, Analysis of Variance from budgeted figures, putting the justifications for variances, Receivables and Payables analysis, Budgeted/Actual Cash Flow statement.

Finance and Treasury:

- Should be able to handle day to day banking transactions, handling Inward and Outward Foreign Remittances, Management of Fund on day to day basis, prepare & understand documents related to Foreign transactions like Imports, Letter or Credits etc, can play important role in arranging working capital requirements, represent the organization with various Financial Institutions.
