In Living - Chief Executive Officer

- Carry out day to day activities.

- Ability to see big picture and achieve smaller targets.

- Ability to work on quantitative data and implement quality systems.

- Work with operations team in reducing the number of customer complaints.

Must be a problem solver.

- Take the lead across all aspects (quality, production, merchandising, HR., shipping, etc.) of the company by reviewing how departments work together to reach company goals and by coming up with fresh ideas that will set the company apart from competitors.

- Ability to contribute in process improvement.

- Help in HR hiring at various levels

- Must focus on production planning and ensure on time delivery to customers of both Meerut and Churu.

- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and missions.

- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.

- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.

- Candidate needs to be Noida based. The job shall include extensive travelling, 2 - 3 international trips annually, two trips to Meerut and two trips to Churu - in a month and around 10 days in Noida.
