About our Client - The In-bound Sales Contact Centre set-up for a leading Global Firm
Job Description - Reporting to an Regional (APAC) In-bound sales director and the India Country Manager, you will lead a team of 20+ agents to ensure efficient response to all marketing inquiries, in a manner that ensures that the team expertly cross-sells across the portfolio of products to achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales &/or revenue targets. Primary duties include:
- Recruiting and training multi-product sales experts
- Ensuring team compliance with call-standards & processes
- Ensuring team is kept up to date on all business, systems & product developments
- Achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual revenue & deal targets for all products
- Ensuring that all commissions computations are accurate and processed timely
- Carrying out continuous call monitoring & coaching through recorded calls
- Pro actively seeking out sales and business development opportunities
- Working to ensure sales leads are optimized and revenue maximized
- Driving a high energy, enjoyable and rewarding working environment
The Successful Candidate - You will have 8-10 years of sales management experience (preferably B2B) in a contact-centre/BPO set-up with at least 3 years' of leadership experience; having led a team upwards of 20 Agents. Experience in managing transformation projects, using call centre technology and managing sales reports is a must. Strong Computer, Communication and presentation skills are required.
