- Depth talent mapping exercises, and building strong candidate pipelines for current and future needs.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment guidance.

Candidate Engagement & Experience:

- Dedicated to providing a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Tools & Technologies:

- Experienced in utilizing various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.), and other recruitment technologies.

Adaptability & Learning Agility:

- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to evolving technological landscapes and recruitment trends.

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with both candidates and stakeholders.

Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented:

- Highly self-driven and capable of working independently and effectively in a remote/work-from-home environment to achieve recruitment targets.
