Overall Purpose:

1. Meet enrolment/conversion targets
2. Teach Math or English – at least around 600 hours annually
3. Counsel, mentor and guide students personally as well as through a team of counselors.
4. Ensure a high level of service delivery inside as well as outside the classroom
5. Generate Success by identifying and nurturing potential students
6. Administer the centre in a cost effective and efficient manner
Skills required for the job:
Leadership/ Team orientation/ team building/ presentation/ analysis and problem solving, creative thinking, communication

2. Excellent presentation and public speaking ability and strong interpersonal sales skills. .

Qualification:
- Post Graduate/MBA in Marketing through well known B-school
