Overall Purpose:

- Meet enrolment/conversion targets

- Teach Math or English – at least around 600 hours annually

- Counsel, mentor and guide students personally as well as through a team of counselors.

- Ensure a high level of service delivery inside as well as outside the classroom

- Generate Success by identifying and nurturing potential students

- Administer the centre in a cost effective and efficient manner

Skills required for the job:

- Leadership/Team orientation/ team building/ presentation/ analysis and problem solving, creative thinking, communication

- Self Motivated

- Excellent presentation and public speaking ability and strong interpersonal sales skills.

- Strong management skills with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.

Qualification:

- Post Graduate/MBA in Marketing through well known B-school
