Responsibilities:
- Understand the client's requirements and lay out the implementation plan.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients from initial contact to successful handover.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and internal support to ensure seamless implementation experiences.
- Understand the internal tools and pick the implementation tasks proactively to expedite the process.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients to ensure they are fully equipped to use our solutions effectively.
- Gather feedback from clients during the implementation process and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvements.
- Develop and maintain Implementation documentation, training materials, and resources to support client - implementation activities.
- Track and report on key Implementation metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, client Implementation, or a related role.
- Should be comfortable with US Shift Hours.
- Basic level of MS Office understanding.
- Excellent communication in English (Verbal and Written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
