We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in implementing and optimizing SuccessFactors solutions, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale implementations for global organizations. With 14-15 years of hands-on experience in the field, the candidate should be well-versed in the entire SuccessFactors suite, including Employee Central, Performance and Goals Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, Learning Management, and Recruiting.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices for SuccessFactors implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and align the implementation accordingly.
Solution Architecture:
- Design and architect complex SuccessFactors solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client processes and recommend optimal configurations within SuccessFactors modules.
- Ensure seamless integration with other HR systems and third-party applications.
Configuration and Customization:
- Perform advanced configurations within SuccessFactors modules to meet unique client needs.
- Develop and implement custom solutions when standard configurations are insufficient.
- Collaborate with technical teams for any necessary system enhancements or integrations.
Data Migration and Conversion:
- Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop data conversion strategies and execute data conversion activities.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the accuracy and functionality of SuccessFactors configurations.
- Ensure all system enhancements and configurations meet quality standards.
Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users and administrators on the effective use of SuccessFactors modules.
- Offer ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Stay Informed:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Act as a subject matter expert and share knowledge with the broader team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 14-15 years of direct experience in SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on large-scale, global projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance and Goals Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, Learning Management, and Recruiting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor junior consultants.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
