JD : Implementation Analyst
This is a full-time position with D Square.
Experience : 2-5 Years.
Location : Bangalore.
Work From Office.
Job Summary:
- The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for implementing and configuring software solutions for our clients, ensuring successful deployment and integration with their existing systems.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Must Have:
- 2+ years' experience in running employee experience projects in Qualtrics.
- 2+ years hands-on experience in Qualtrics EX platform across product SKUs like Candidate Experience, Engagement, Adhoc Surveys etc.
- Knowledge and experience with TextiQ, StatsiQ, Workflows etc is highly preferred.
- Hands on experience in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in Qualtrics survey platform.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge and/or a statistical background will be preferred.
Good to Have:
- Experience in HR/OB research.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or Python.
- Knowledge of experimental design and research methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, or Power BI).
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus!.
- Experience with a large, multi-country organization is preferred.
- Strong multitasking and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and identify system integration needs.
- Configure and customize software solutions according to client specifications, using a variety of tools and technologies.
- Technical Support resource with Good Knowledge Excel & SQL.
- Knowledge/Experience on SSRS reports.
- Positions involving data mapping require strong analytical and technical skills.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and training materials.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating project status, issues, and resolutions effectively.
- Monitor implementation timelines and milestones, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar field required.
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as correlation, regression, and factor analysis and the tools to analyze them (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, or Power BI).
- Experience with change management, project management and communications strategies to execute employee experience initiatives as well as collaborate across the business (e.g., HR, Legal, Sales).
- Understanding of survey design, best practices with question methodology, and understanding of survey platforms (Qualtrics preferred).
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
