Is responsible for including HNI customers into the Imperia programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family a/cs and retaining the relationship. The RM is also responsible for acquiring new to Bank Imperia relationships.
So that
Imperia customer will have a one point contact for all his financial needs and services, thus enhancing current relationship value and wallet share which will further increase profitability from these relationships.
RBH
Relationship Banking Head for Retail Branch Banking leading a team of RM- S
Developing, Reviewing and making sure of meeting the Annual Income plan of the self and Relationship Managers.
Develop and manage collaborative relationships within product teams to facilitate and improve their access to the client base.
Work closely with the Third Party Product Team and assuring the TPP products sales in line with the management.
Planning and executing on Marketing Initiatives directed towards increasing Market share, acquiring new client relations.

Enhancing engagement of High Net Worth customers through joint call
Ensuring Sales across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, and online trading etc. and achieving the Branch targets
Monitoring quality sales and processes in the Relationship Managers portfolio
Recruitment and training of Relationship Manager Team
Portfolio Management.
