Job Brief :

- We are seeking an experienced and Strategic Leader to Strategize, Manager, and drive Corporate Partnerships via Local, MNC, and SME clients.


- The right candidate must be ready to build and model a great company culture, provide inspired leadership, establish a great working relationship with stakeholders, and the board of directors, and set a course for company strategy and future developments.

Responsibilities :

Corporate Partnerships :

- We are designing the future of crowdfunding in India through Impact Guru Technology Ventures Pvt Ltd.


- We are seeking an experienced and Strategic Leader to Strategize, Manage and drive Corporate Partnerships via Local, MNC, and SME clients.


- The right candidate must be ready to build and model a great company culture, provide inspired leadership, establish a great working relationship with stakeholders, and the board of directors, and set a course for company strategy and future developments.

- LEAD Strategic Partnerships and Alliances (LSPA) shall be responsible for mobilizing and nurturing corporate support through strategic partnerships and relationships, and contributing to the generation of effective utilization of corporate resources (financial, Material, Otherwise) in support of Impact Guru's mission, vision, and strategic plans.

- The incumbent shall work closely with the CO-Founder, Marketing and Communications team, and other relevant stakeholders to create co-branding campaigns

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Overseeing performance management, including providing support for development plans

- Making investments in developing a cohesive program team that works closely with other teams of Impact Guru using - shared leadership- and achieving impact.

Development and Effective Implementation of Corporate Engagement Strategies :

- Ensuring effective implementation of the SPA strategy by working closely with all relevant stakeholders.

Corporate Fundraising and Partnership Development :

- Identifying suitable corporate fundraising opportunities, raising funds required for IGTV's programming needs for the future, and developing a robust partnership portfolio

- Ensuring a robust, due-diligence process for strategically and methodically selecting corporate partners and developing co-branded campaigns

- Building relationships with corporates around areas in sync with IGTV's Program Strategy and interests.

- Developing and periodically updating cultivation strategies for each corporate donor/ prospect

- Preparing presentations, reports, and other necessary documents for donor and prospect engagement

- Engaging key organization leaders, as needed to fulfill the strategies developed

Monitoring & Evaluation :

- Assessing progress toward quarterly and annual goals.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES :

Qualifications :

- Postgraduate in Management with at least 10-12 years of experience in Alliances/ Client Services/ Business Development role

Experience :

- Experience in donor and/or Client Relationship Management (CRM) with high-level corporate executives, corporate boards, etc.

- Candidates with similar experience in Partnerships from Healthcare, Crowdfunding, Insurance, and NGO background can apply

Skills and Competencies :

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Excellent presentation and proposal preparation skills.

- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.

- Public presentation and negotiation skills and willingness and ability to travel

- Proficiency in the use of MS Office and standard applications.
