Responsibilities:

- Design and update job descriptions for Lateral and Corporate hiring and understanding of roles for NBFC business as per business requirement

- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)

- Screen incoming resumes and application forms

- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

- Collaborate with Line managers to identify future hiring needs

- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board

- Offer Negotiating, Employee onboarding, Grievances management taking part in other HR responsibility

Requirement:

- Proven work experience as a Corporate TA from NBFC ,Lending or MSME business

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System and resume databases and understanding of NBFC hiring across Junior and Mid level

- Good verbal and written communication skills and stake holder management

Basic Qualification:

- Bachelors Degree or Post Graduate Degree in any discipline
