Role responsibilities :
1. Driving all Paid Digital Marketing efforts
2. Being a thought leader in everything about Digital Marketing
3. Focusing on strategic as well as tactical efforts to achieve growth
4. Driving maximum business impact from campaigns.
5. Manage channels Like Google Search, Facebook, Youtube, display, Affiliate, retargeting) to acquire new users.
6. Manage channels to reach existing customers to drive high repeat business at a low cost, with the help of engagement tools-Mo Engage, CleverTap - Building a CRM platform and the intelligence required to create personalized and custom flows to engage with old customers to drive repeats.
7. P&L responsibility for our B2C operations
8. Plan and execute monthly and quarterly plans to scale the user base and manage marketing spending.
9. Responsible for strategic partnerships and alliances.
10. Visualize and build the required analytics dashboards and insight tools.
11. Drive marketing efficiency through optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and the cost of acquisition.
12. Landing page and funnel optimization (working with revenue and product teams) to improve the relevance and improve conversion rates.
13. Metrics: GMV, ROAS, CPA, LTV, Retention Rate%. etc
