- He/She must have 7-10 years of relevant experience in Bulk hiring for a large setup

Responsibilities:

- Team management

- Ability to delivery bulk hiring / mass hiring numbers month on month for Inbound & Outbound Voice process

- Stakeholder management

- Grievance & operations management

- Performance management
