Summary of the role :
The person will work closely with our executive team, Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners. Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals. Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brands.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing and executing strategic alliances.
- Identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the benefits of the association.
- Managing Hospital sourcing for assigned Relationship for Loans and Insurance & Engage with Hospital to build and strengthen relationships.
- Ensuring timely revert on Hospitals query's. - Managing FOS at Hospitals for Loans and Insurance sales in conjunction with Hospital Staff.
- Daily Reporting of Key metrics for the hospitals for driving velocity.
- Actively participate in Business Development through affiliates
- Identify new sales leads, Pitch products and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership pipeline.
- Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Manage partner relations including execution, result tracking and troubleshooting.
- Deepen relations with partners by looking at opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide direction to the team & personally drive efforts to ensure targets for the department are met consistently.
- Manage inter & intra-department coordination to ensure timely implementation & delivery of dependencies.
- Ensure timely & accurate reporting by all team members
- Ensure compliance with organization policies by all team members. Indicative KRA's
- Team performance on targets
- Team management on other attributes: complaints, attrition, etc.
- Timely & accurate reporting
- Deliver to COO & Co-Founders expectations

Professional Experiences :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances & Partnership role
- Prior experience in Business Development will be an advantage
- Experience in the BFSI or B2C sector with unsecured loans and exposure to marketing will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a start-up environment is a definite plus
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience. (mandatory)
