Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AVP Performance Marketing to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will lead our performance marketing initiatives, driving growth through data-driven strategies and innovative campaigns. This role is critical to expanding our reach and optimizing our marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (search, social, display, affiliate, etc.).
- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
2. User Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition across various digital channels (search, social media, display, affiliate marketing, etc.).
- Identify and target key audience segments to optimize user acquisition efforts.
- Continuously analyze and improve user acquisition funnels to enhance conversion rates.
3. Budget Management:
- Oversee the planning, allocation, and optimization of the marketing budget to ensure maximum efficiency and impact.
- Conduct regular budget forecasting and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Implement cost-effective marketing tactics to achieve desired outcomes within budget constraints.
4. ROI Optimization:
- Utilize data-driven approaches to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
- Provide detailed performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
5. Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Generate detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to optimize campaigns.
7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
8. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
- Communicate performance updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the digital or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns with a strong ROI.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
