- We are looking for a Senior Program Manager - Mentorship to join our team at Impacteers.

- This role is crucial in shaping and managing our mentorship initiatives, ensuring that mentors and mentees have an engaging and valuable experience on our platform.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the EdTech industry, with experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Mentorship Programs:

- As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing structured mentorship programs that align with Impacteers' mission.

- This includes defining program objectives, setting success metrics, and ensuring smooth execution.

- You will work on designing an engaging framework that caters to the needs of mentors and mentees, facilitating knowledge exchange and professional growth.

Onboard and Engage Mentors & Mentees:

- A key aspect of this role is building and expanding the mentorship network.

- You will identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-quality mentors, including industry experts and LinkedIn Top Voices.

- At the same time, you will ensure mentees are matched effectively with mentors based on their skills, goals, and interests.

- Your role will involve creating strategies to drive participation, engagement, and retention within the mentorship ecosystem.

Enhance Platform Features and User Experience:

- You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to continuously improve the mentorship experience on the Impacteers platform.

- Your insights will help refine platform functionalities, making mentorship interactions more seamless and impactful.

- Ensuring that technology enhances engagement, communication, and overall efficiency will be a significant part of your responsibilities.

Track Program Success and Drive Continuous Improvement:

- Measuring the impact and effectiveness of mentorship programs is vital.

- You will establish KPIs to monitor program success, gather feedback from mentors and mentees, and implement necessary improvements.

- Regular reporting and analysis will help refine strategies to enhance the overall value of mentorship programs.

- You will also leverage data-driven insights to introduce innovations that elevate the user experience.

Who Should Apply?

- 8+ years of experience in program management, mentorship, or community engagement, preferably in the EdTech sector.
