Position: Senior Marketing Manager (B2C Marketing)

Location: Chennai (Relocation required)

Experience: 10+ years

Industry Preference: EdTech

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and strategic partnerships.

- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to optimize and refine marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.

- Manage a marketing team, oversee budgets, track performance, and ensure optimal ROI on all campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven success in B2C marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry.
