Roles & Responsibilities :

- The Doctor relations head oversees the relationships between the organization and the network of specialist doctors across India.


Here are the primary responsibilities :

Build Relationships :


- Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors and medical staff to generate patient leads.

Facilitate Communication :


- Ensure effective communication between doctors and the internal team via email and meetings.

Monitor Performance :


- Review the team's performance on patient leads, addressing issues and improvements.

Resolve Conflicts :


- Address and resolve conflicts related to patient referrals between doctors and the organization.

Strategic Planning :


- Contribute to strategic plans, aligning doctors' input with organizational goals for optimal ROI.

Manage Team :


- Lead and foster collaboration within the doctor relations team.

Ensure Compliance :


- Promote adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Report :


- Provide regular, data-driven reports on doctor relationships and performance for informed decision-making.

Additional Skills :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with doctors and internal teams.

- Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.

- Skilled in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
