Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture existing partnerships and accounts with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and other business partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships. - Identify and cultivate new accounts within existing channels to expand market reach and increase revenue streams. - Explore and establish new acquisition channels, including pharmaceutical, drug, and healthcare platforms, to capitalize on emerging opportunities. - Strategize and execute BTL (Below The Line) activities and Brand activation initiatives at B2B touchpoints and point-of-sale locations in hospitals. - Manage vendors effectively to ensure seamless execution. - Develop and oversee collateral strategies, ensuring efficient distribution across cities to enhance brand visibility and impact. - Collaborate closely with the field team, Cluster heads, and Regional heads to drive revenue growth. - Foster partnerships with field team members to align strategies and achieve mutual objectives. - Facilitate interdepartmental coordination, obtain necessary approvals, and work closely with stakeholders to achieve common goals and ensure smooth project implementation. - Maintain a focus on objectives and make data-driven decisions to drive success in partnership management and business development initiatives. Location: Mumbai, Delhi Required skill set: Work experience: 5+ years in partnership management, business development, or related fields. Educational Background: MBA preferred, with a strong foundation in business strategy and management principles. - Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively. - Utilize data insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize partnership outcomes
