Job Overview:

ImpactGuru.com is seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Manager/Senior Manager - Legal to lead the legal function and manage all legal affairs within the organization. This individual will handle both litigation and non-litigation matters, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic legal guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Litigation Management:

- Oversee and manage all litigation matters, including disputes, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

- Liaise with external legal counsel and ensure timely submission of legal documents.

- Develop litigation strategies to minimize risks and mitigate impacts.

Non-Litigation Support:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, including vendor agreements, MOUs, and partnership contracts.

- Offer sound legal advice on corporate governance, business operations, and strategic initiatives.

- Ensure corporate compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

Drive the professional development of the legal team.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align legal guidance with business objectives.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Keep abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting ImpactGuru.com.

Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, company laws, labor laws, and intellectual property rights.

- Serve as a liaison with government bodies and regulatory agencies as necessary.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential legal risks and develop proactive solutions.

- Implement and enforce risk mitigation strategies across the organization.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Background: LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized law school.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience with a focus on corporate legal matters, particularly in litigation, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Fintech, Healthcare, or Impact sectors preferred.

Legal Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of Indian laws, corporate law, and contract law.
