Impact Guru - International Sales Manager

Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

- The role will focus on establishing and nurturing partnerships with hospitals, charities, and various Southeast Asian communities.

- The primary goal is to support causes, and maintain strong relationships to drive impactful collaborations.

Position - Partnership Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role. Experience in the nonprofit sector and knowledge of the UAE market is a plus.

- Experience in Donor Management / Community Building is added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with hospitals and charities in Abu Dhabi and the region to establish strategic partnerships.

- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to align on fundraising initiatives and charitable causes.

- Collaborate with partner organizations to identify impactful causes.

- Develop strategies and campaigns to support fundraising efforts and community outreach.

- Engage with various Southeast Asian communities in Abu Dhabi and neighbouring regions.

- Understand community needs and interests to foster meaningful partnerships and initiatives.

- Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with partners, ensuring mutual benefit and sustained engagement.

- Monitor partnership performance and assess impact, providing regular updates and reports as necessary.

Skills:

- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
