Location: Mumbai (Andheri, Marol)
Reporting Manager: Asst. VP/Sr. VP - HR
We hustle Monday - Friday (1st & 3rd Saturday)

Purpose of the role:
To contribute to Impact Guru's performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives. Performs HR related duties at the professional level while supporting more than one functional group. Will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Employee onboarding, data management; employee relations; grievance handling, Exit process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive extensive and in depth Business Partnership with stakeholders.

- Ensure development process is being carried out and employees are receiving relevant training
- One would be responsible for enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to off-boarding by being on top of employee pulse.
- Supporting managers with organizational management, related to organizational changes and resourcing.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- To ensure that Probationary Period Review forms approved by Business Heads reach Corporate Office with complete accuracy.
- To ensure timely intimation of Resignations / Absconding cases to corporate office for stopping salary so that all internal processes followed meticulously including release of Exit Checklist.
- Publish Dashboard on Monthly attrition analysis and offering strategic input on maintaining optimum HC
- Providing resources & guidance to design, organize and conduct training programmes
- Ensure effective implementation of Talent management system (potential assessment, talent segmentation, talent validation, talent review).
- Query resolution and awareness - goal setting, conversations, PIP, exit process
Crafting employee awareness programs
- Formulating and implementing best HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.
- Coordinating with legal experts and attending court, disciplinary and legal matters if required.
- Drive efforts for continuous process improvement
- Ensure timely & accurate reporting by all team members.
- Ensure compliance with organization policies by all team members
