About the Organisation

We are the world's first healthcare patient financing business model combining the power of a profitable crowdfunding distribution via digital and physical presence with lending.
Our vision
- In today's healthcare financing landscape, lending has taken a backseat. This is due to the high cost of acquiring a healthcare customer and is plagued with high NPAs. As a part of our expansion plans, we aspire to become a market leader in healthcare lending.
- We will be working on FLDG / DSA models. We want to use alternate data points from health records and financial information to make underwriting better. We want to work on a subvention model by providing 0% EMI loans to patients who are seeking treatment with 1000+ partner chain hospitals across India.
- Over the next 5 years, we plan to expand to 5,000 hospitals and healthcare lending providers across India and build a healthcare lending book of 5000 crores and we would want you to be part of our journey
Summary of the role
The person will work towards on-boarding new Hospitals/Diagnostic Centres/ Healthcare providers for lending business. . i.e., patient financing.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Play an active role to support the business development function to ensure the growth of the start-up
- Deal with Doctors and Hospital management to help in partnerships and in creating attractive programs for patient financing.
- Handle external and internal communications and facilitate legal and licensing agreements with partners as needed
- Maintain relationships with hospital, follow up and resolution of issues.
- Strong Feet on Street (FOS) presence in over 280 hospitals and also has a working relationship with 1500+ hospitals, thus having a robust understanding and foothold on the healthcare ecosystem.
- Categorization of procedures and specialties based on High, Medium and Low risk.
- Medical expertise and knowledge on cost of procedures.
- Excellent track record for customer satisfaction.

Professional Experiences:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in working for hospital empanelment / hospital partnerships / Hospital networking.
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with the team

- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
Qualifications
- Any Law Degree; LLB + LLM (preferred) or equivalent practical experience. (mandatory)
