Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive international business strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, including partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations.

- Leverage existing HNI network connections to secure funding, donations, and support for healthcare campaigns.

- Undertake travel (up to 20%) to meet with potential partners, donors, and key stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on international business activities, progress, and challenges.

- Ensure all international operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Preferred 3+ years of relevant experience within a startup environment, specifically in the healthcare sector.

- Preferred extensive network of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and proven experience in securing.

- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings and understand international market dynamics.
