- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of telesales executives, supervisors, and team leaders, ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop, execute, and monitor strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for patient campaigns, donations, and lead generation.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Plan, allocate, and manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum ROI.
- Campaign Management: Ensure successful onboarding of patient campaigns and support them through the fundraising journey. Incentive Programs: Design and implement motivating incentive plans to drive performance across different levels of the telesales team.
- Process Optimization: Regularly review, analyze, and improve telesales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- New Initiatives: Introduce innovative sales strategies and initiatives to optimize fundraising efforts and reach a wider audience.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing,
- Operations, and Medical teams) to align on goals and optimize overall performance.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and ensure continuous skill development of the team.
- Planning & Resource Allocation: Drive strategic planning for team expansion,budget utilization, and resource allocation to achieve long-term growth.
