4. Resolve Conflicts: Address and resolve conflicts related to patient referrals between doctors and the organization.

5. Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic plans, aligning doctors' input with organizational goals for optimal ROI.

6. Manage Team: Lead and foster collaboration within the doctor relations team.

7. Ensure Compliance: Promote adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

8. Report: Provide regular, data-driven reports on doctor relationships and performance to facilitate informed decision-makin
