Job Description:

We need a CSR and HNI Fundraising Manager to scale our corporate fundraising efforts. You have proven track record of creating corporate partnerships and CSR fundraising, HNI fundraising and event fundraising to promote charitable causes (healthcare experience preferred). Job Responsibilities :

CSR and HNI Fundraising:

- Lead and manage corporate strategic partnerships with various organizations to raise CSR funds for healthcare. Create proposals, prepare reports, conduct meetings, and manage end to end CSR efforts. Research and identify potential donors, cultivate potential donors. Develop new and existing corporate client relationships

- Be responsible for the development of HNI initiative of the organisation. Adopt various strategies for reaching out to HNI supporters

- Handle external and internal communications and facilitate legal agreements with partners as needed

- Events : Organize events/conferences/seminars/concerts/charity fundraising events etc. to raise fundraising

Requirements:

- Corporate / CSR Fundraising experience (healthcare fundraising preferred but not mandatory). Proven track record in developing, delivering, managing CSR projects.

- HNI Fundraising experience (healthcare fundraising preferred but not mandatory)

- Strong network of existing CSR and HNI donors (a huge plus)

- Bachelors degree from a reputed college (CSR / Social Sector related degree a plus)

- Strong understanding of the Companies Act 2013 and related socio-legal and policy environment, governing CSR in India

- Basic event planning experience for social sector

- Deep understanding of Indian donor mindset - individual, HNWI, or corporate

- Client servicing skills and excellence in using Word and PowerPoint

- Aggressive and focused approach to sourcing, meeting and closing deals

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi

- Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in teams
