Responsibilities: - Analyze operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. - Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data from various databases to support analysis and reporting requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide analytical support. - Lead and coordinate projects related to operational improvements, including process reengineering, automation, and system enhancements. - Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide recommendations for performance optimization. - Act as a subject matter expert on operational processes and serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance and training as needed. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing appropriate quality control measures. - Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to operations analysis.
