- The founding team include LBS alumni with experience from McKinsey, Blackstone, Uber, Amazon, Procter & Gamble, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Google, WeWork etc. and we are looking for highly talented people to join us on our mission.

As part of the AI Tech team, we will be heavily involved in conceptualizing and producing innovative solutions & products to streamline acquisition and management of several thousand residential units across Europe. A typical day would involve working with huge chucks of data (as we ourselves need to assimilate, clean and manage data in order to conduct proprietary research) and at the same time we would experiment with different machine learning models to develop our core IP. Our projects would not only be used to make investment decisions but will also go a long way in capital raising

Requirements :

1) Passion : we love data but assimilating and cleaning data requires serious determination and diligence. Only someone with true passion for data science will be able to push through the annoying part of the job in order to create products which truly disrupts this asset class

2) Quantitative mind : we develop and destroy many mathematical models everyday and therefore need to prepare quick-codes to ideate efficiently

3) Coding : Experience and expertise in Python is a must

4) Database management : Need a basic understanding of SQL as you will be working with really huge datasets
