Immo Capital - Specialist - Talent Acquisition

As the Talent Acquisition Partner for India you will lead Acquisition and Retention of talent acquisition for our offices across India, utilising our cultural values to find new IMMORTALS that will upskill our teams to hit our objectives for growth. Thinking holistically you will consult with Directors, Team Leaders, and team members about; how to attract the best talent, ensure new starters are swiftly welcomed into the culture at IMMO, improve our People Ops processes, and create an internal search function based on planning for the future.

You Will:

- Educating hiring managers how to appeal to the best employees we need

- Discover new ways to find diverse talent, making IMMO a truly diverse and inclusive business

- Work directly with the People Ops Lead to improve onboarding experience, thinking about training initiatives and buddy schemes to perfect the welcoming to IMMO

Qualifications:

- 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition

- Experience in tech hiring, financial & investment management profiles

- Experience in start-up/fast-growing scale-up business is preferred
