We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to initiate, plan, and manage several projects across our network throughout the entire project lifecycle. The successful candidate will utilize project management tools, industry standards, and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery. The scope of the projects will primarily involve warehousing operations, onboarding new clients, setting up new facilities, constructing new warehousing, and running large CAPEX projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Initiation & Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.

- Lead the creation of innovative logistics and express solutions tailored for Global Customers

- Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements, milestones, and success criteria.

- Conduct comprehensive global and local market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in logistics and express delivery.

- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support business expansion and product development initiatives.

- Documentation: Manage and document project framework requirements (Project charter, plan, scheduling, budgeting, etc.).

- Risk Management: Manage project dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely identification and resolution.

- Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress, budget spending, deliverables, and benefit realization. Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

- Change Control: Facilitate the change control process to handle project changes efficiently.

- Stakeholder Management: Create and maintain working relationships with project stakeholders, including station managers, logistics managers, operations managers, FM and HSE teams, PMO, Finance, etc.

- Portfolio Management: Manage the entire project portfolio, ensuring information, scheduling, and logs are updated at all times.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and finance to achieve project milestones and deliver seamless customer experiences.

- Business Benefits Monitoring: Continuously monitor, report on, and escalate business benefits as needed.

- Steering Committee: Conduct steering committee meetings for all critical and high-impact projects.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of project management practices.
