Job Profile:
- Will be the CEO of career services managing the division enabling end to end servicing to multiple stake holders by driving a P&L approach.
- Commercialization of the career services division by bringing corporate paid mandates including source-train-deploy mandates.
- Branding and positioning of the career services division by utilising the social media platform's and other digital means to promote the division.
- Event calendar, big banner hiring events, strategic tie ups with industry partners and industry engagement series.
- Driving sales like approach with placement targets, client acquisitions and bulk mandates.
- Monitoring the key placement ratios and ensuring the health of the placement process.
- Strategic initiatives to digitize the placement process and bring scale in operations and smooth client interaction.
- Enhance the alumni portal and drive engagement across the alumni.
- Create Partnerships with hiring affiliates / decision maker.
- Drive placement rigor in terms of training across programs and centers.
- Drive a consistent hiring and placement message with strategic clients.
- Consolidate MIS and batch performance across centers.
- Fostering strategic relationships with key companies and tabbing new organizations.
Skills
- Overall 15+ yrs of experience with min 7-8 yrs of relevant experience.
- Somebody who has start up experience, has closely worked with the promoters in building the business and org in talent acquisition, staffing, domains across industries.
- Entrepreneurs who have sold or exited their companies but have worked in similar domains, providing solutions to the needs of the industry.
- Experience in new age platforms and digital solutions relating to these domains is added advantage.
