About the role :
We are looking for a talented marketing automation specialist to take the lead with our automation strategies. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating newsletters.
If you're interested in web technologies and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. As an Automation specialist, your role is to reach customers through automation campaigns, email / SMS / WhatsApp journeys.
Ultimately, you should be able to promote our brand, generate leads and ensure our customers stay in touch with our company updates and also generate better ROI from leads generated via all sources.
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to :
1) Should have knowledge of Martech & Automation tools like GA, GTM, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, CleverTap, Smart-Tech, WebEngage, Gamooga and MoEngage etc
2) Work on Automation & Drip campaigns to optimise the output from existing leads and also generate more leads
3) Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of Automation campaigns with goals to increase transactions, new users, acquired via digital campaigns
4) Running A/B tests across campaigns & landing pages
5) Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other campaigns and automation initiatives
6) Monitor and administer analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to internal business goals.
7) Mentor the team member to provide strategies for journey, campaign structuring, targeting, customer segmentation in accordance with automation goals
8) Mentor the team on Proficiency in tracking automation traffic across various automation media channels using Automation tool dashboard and Google Analytics
