Job Description:
As the Content Marketing Head at Imarticus Learning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate qualified leads. You will lead a team of content creators and collaborate with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality content across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in content marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for education technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Lead and manage a team of content creators, including writers, designers, and videographers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand business objectives, target audience, and market trends to align content strategy accordingly.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging and relevant content across various channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, webinars, and more.
- Work with the GTM & product team create fresh and attractive content for new program launches.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, lead conversion, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and education technology.
- Revamp all the current active content on web site, blog sites as well as email automation content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Manager, Head, or similar role in the Ed Tech industry.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of content creators.
- Proficient in using content management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize content performance.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
