Job Description:
- Own the Marketing (Online and Offline). Thought leader on digital strategies
- Provide expertise in developing and adapting strategies for SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Personalization, E-mail Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Social Engagement and Brand Media
- Develop strategies that increase traffic, demand and conversion of the e-commerce platform.
- Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to CEO.
- Brand positioning across all the major digital marketing platform
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing programs.
- Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns
- Monthly and daily budget caps and account metrics.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 4 + years of relevant work-experience in an eCommerce / Online Platform company.
- Hands-on expertise paid / organic traffic sources including SEM / Social / Other paid media
- Highly proficient n digital marketing
- Candidate must be metrics oriented, knowledgeable of vendors and products relevant to digital marketing and management, and aware of trends in digital media
- Willing and passionate to work in a startup environment is Must
