The Big Picture:

- The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact campaigns that generate quality leads, nurture prospects, and accelerate the sales pipeline.

- Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and contribute to business growth through data-driven demand generation strategies.

What you can expect as a Demand Generation Manager at Illumine-i:

- You'll develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital marketing, email, social media, events, and paid media.

- You'll work closely with the sales and product marketing teams to craft targeted messaging and content for different stages of the buyer's journey.

- You'll monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve lead quality and conversion rates.

- You'll manage key performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, cost per lead, and campaign ROI, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

- You'll leverage CRM tools like Bitrix to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize sales enablement.

- You'll use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, and Web Scraper for prospecting, lead enrichment, and customer insights.

- You'll create and optimize landing pages using Unbounce or Landingi to maximize lead conversions.

- You'll prepare compelling reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and stakeholder communication.

- You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.

- You'll stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation.

Essential Qualifications include:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 7-11- years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.

- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization, data interpretation, and performance measurement.

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix, Salesforce).

- Proficiency in lead prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Lusha.

- Experience with website and landing page optimization tools like Unbounce or Landingi.

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent business communication and customer relationship skills to engage and convert prospects effectively.

- Strong problem-solving ability and strategic agility to adapt to evolving market demands.

- Ability to coach and develop others while driving team performance.

Great to have:

- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics.

- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and strategies.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic graphic design principles.

- Certifications in relevant areas such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Marketo.

- Previous experience leading or managing a team of marketers.
