Location: Ranchi, India

Reporting to: Business Heads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.

- Enhance brand awareness and positioning.

- Lead digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).

- Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation.

- Conduct market research and analysis.

- Lead and mentor the marketing team.

- Manage public relations and corporate communications.

- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

- Manage the company's website and online presence.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role within real estate.

- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market in India.

- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.

- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.

- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance in the real estate sector.

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
